Despite anything to the contrary in this document, AML’s liability to you for any reason and regardless of the form of the action is always capped to the total amount you have paid, if any, for the Service during the membership period.

In the case of a business shutdown, the Company will reimburse you for up to 60% of any unused membership costs.
